REMINDER: COVID-19 Department Notifications For COVID SICK Leave

Dear COBA Members;

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, you are to:

- Immediately notify the CORE Tour Commander

- Immediately get tested from a Medical Provider

(Home Tests are not accepted by the Department/County)

- Immediately notify the Tour Commander of test results when available (if

not available at the time on initial notification)

NOTE:

- If test is Positive, you will receive Leave with Pay with no charge of your

leave accruals;

- If the test result comes back Negative, you will be charged you own

Leave Accruals;  

- You will have to supply MIU with a copy of the COVID-19 Test Results

- You can not return to duty until cleared by MIU.
