VOTE NO On This Year's Election Ballot

October 28, 2021

Dear COBA Members/Retirees;

With Election Day 2021 rapidly approaching and early voting already begun, it is important that we get our members out to vote.

On this years State Wide Ballot there are 3 Proposals that are a direct assault on future Fair & Open Elections.

Proposal #1 - Redistricting Amendment

This would delete the requirement that separate political parties be equally represented when drawing electoral districts.

The party in majority would be able to draw future electoral districts,

eliminating proper representation and allowing for rampant

manipulation (gerrymandering) by the party in charge.

Proposal #3 - Same Day Voter Registration

Eliminates the requirement that people be registered to vote 10 days

prior to election day. People would be able to vote with no way to verify their identity or eligibility to vote, allowing for voter fraud.

Proposal #4 - No Excuse Absentee Voting

Removes the requirement to provide a reason for needing an absentee ballot. This would open the door to rampant unverifiable voter fraud and ballot harvesting.

Click here to read the full text and description of these Ballot Proposals on the New York State Board of Elections Website.

COBA Urges all of our members to VOTE NO to these proposals and please urge your families and friends to do the same!!

MAKE SURE TO PROTECT YOUR VOTING RIGHTS !!

Always In Unity;

Brian Sullivan, COBA President
