As we prepare for our Delegate Election scheduled for October 27-29 2025, COBA will conduct a test vote to determine and confirm the accuracy of your contact information on file. This is crucial to ensure that electronic ballots are delivered correctly.

You will receive a test ballot on Thursday October 9, 2025 at 8am via email and text to the phone number we have on file. We ask you to please, respond with a "yes" when you receive it. The voting period for the test vote closes on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 5 PM.
