Dear COBA Members;

We have been advised that a new type of COVID-19 testing will be made available at NUMC. This new test is supposed to yield results in 15 minutes.

We have also been advised that the test kits are not here yet but will be made available shortly.

This new testing will be conducted in the same manner as the previous method at NUMC.

1. YOU MUST BE SHOWING SIGNS/SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 INFECTION.
2. IF YOU ARE NOT SYMPTOMATIC YOU WILL NOT BE TESTED.
3. IF YOU ALREADY RECEIVED A TEST AT NUMC AND ARE AWAITING RESULTS YOU WILL NOT BE TESTED AGAIN UNDER THIS NEW METHOD.
4. IF YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC AND YOU MADE THE PROPER NOTIFICATION TO THE TOUR COMMANDER CALL THE NUMC TEST LINE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT:  516-573-7410
