Todays Widows and Childrens--Father's Day Car Show and Fundraiser

June 20, 2021

Dear COBA Members/Retirees;

Today's Father's Day Car Show and Touch a Truck Fundraiser to benefit the COBA Widows and Children's Fund was a rousing success!!

Over 350 Classic and Muscle Car enthusiasts joined in on a beautiful Father's Day Sunday for an afternoon of fun in the sun showing off their pride and joy vehicles, all to benefit the families of fallen Nassau County Correction Officers and their families.

Thank you to the Sheriffs Dept and Police Dept for providing Emergency Response Vehicles for our Community Residents to explore up close and personal.

Thank you also to the District Attorneys Office for once again providing their "Child Safe" Identification Booth.

But, the biggest Thank You goes to the Members of the COBA Widows and Childrens Committee who volunteered their time setting up this fantastic event that started in the early morning hours at the Seaford Train Station Parking Lot. See the team pictured below.

Special thanks to Jon Donohue for hours of work prepping for today, and a great interview representing COBA on News12.

See the News12 Story link below followed by several photos from a great day.

Happy Father's Day everyone!!
