Today, "Malverne Feeding Our Heroes" and Antonio's Deli of Malverne Provided Delicious Meals

Dear COBA Members/Retirees;

This week we were contacted by the group "Malverne Feeding Our Heroes" who wanted to donate meals to Nassau Correction Officers working on the front lines during this national pandemic. This group has organized donations to provide meals for numerous hospitals and other First Responders during this crisis. Today they provided delicious Italian and American deli sandwiches and salads to our Officers working at the Correctional Facility.

Enough to feed both the day tour and the 4-12.

Sincere thanks to Lori Lange of "Malverne Feeding Our Heroes", her kids for their lovely artwork; To Antonio's Italian American Deli and Catering for providing these delicious meals; and Nassau Correction Officer Vinny D'Andraia and his wife Dawn who is part of the Malverne Group that provides these meals to all of our First Responders and Essential Workers.
