Preventative Wellness Physicals for Nassau County Employees

Baseline Health is bringing back it's Preventative Wellness Physicals to Nassau County Employees for the months of April & May. The Baseline Medical RV will be set up at multiple locations throughout the County. Please see attached flyer or email below for details.

Baseline Health specializes in making it convenient to stay proactive with your health by bringing a full medical practice to the worksite via a state of the art Medical Command Vehicle. This removes the inconvenience factors, such as commuting to an office and excessive wait times that typically prevents people from getting regular physicals.

Baseline Health has designed this service to be much more comprehensive by providing access to a wide array of specialty ultrasound exams and the ability to get your bloodwork done that would normally require additional visits and copayments.

Below are the services that are available to you at a Baseline Physical:

Comprehensive Preventative Physical (45-60 minutes):

· Physical assessment by a Board Certified Physician

o EKG

o Pulmonary Function test

o Blood Pressure

· Full blood panels

o CBC

o CMP (Kidney and liver functions)

o Lipid (Cholesterol)

o TSH (Thyroid)

o PSA (Prostate)

o Testosterone free and total

o Lyme Titer

o COVID-19 Anti-Body Testing (If Needed)

· Ultrasound Exams (cardiovascular and general ultrasounds)

o Echocardiogram

o Carotid Doppler

o Renal Artery

o Abdominal Aorta

o Thyroid Doppler

o Sleep Apnea Screening (if necessary)

*Baseline’s physical is covered by your health insurance plan and no co-pay is required.

Members can also take comfort in the fact that all findings are protected under HIPAA regulations so all results are exclusive to the doctors and the members.
