COBA is saddened to report the passing of Retired Undersheriff/Acting Sheriff

Peter Heelan on April 5th, 2023 at his home in Naples Florida.

Services are as follows:

A viewing will be conducted for his family and friends in Naples Florida on Monday April 10th from 2pm to 5pm at Fuller Pine Ridge Funeral Home at 1625 Pine Ridge Road in Naples.

In New York a Viewing will be conducted on Friday April 14th, 2023 at:
