Coba is saddened to report the passing (on Thanksgiving Day) of

Henry "Hank" J. Boucher, Father of Correctional Center Nurse Sandie Kerrigan.

COBA will never forget the lifesaving actions taken by Nurse Kerrigan and her immediate response when one of our Correction Officers suffered a life threatening aneurysm. That Officer is now living a normal life thanks to the response from Nurse Kerrigan. And for that we will be forever grateful.

On behalf of the Board of Governors of the Nassau County Correction Officers Benevolent Association and all Nassau Correction Officers, we extend our sincerest condolences to Nurse Kerrigan, the Boucher and Kerrigan families and all those who grieve their loss.
