COBA is saddened to report the passing of former Nassau County Correction Officer Wayne Resnick after a brave battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).

Wayne left our Dept several years ago to join the Nassau County Police Dept.

He leaves behind a wife and 5 children.

Funeral Arrangements will be posted as soon as they are made available.

On behalf of the Board of Governors of Nassau COBA and all Correction Officers, we extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Wayne Resnick, and all those who grieve his loss.
