COBA is saddened to report the passing of Beatrice Vignold, the Mother of COBA's World Trade Center 911 Health Program Liaison Jeannie Kelly.

Jeannie has been an incredible lifeline for countless COBA Members and Retirees who responded after the World Trade Center Terrorist attacks.

Jeannie has helped our Officers and thousands of responders in other Depts through seminars and home visits to sign them up for, and explain benefits, medical assistance and financial compensation that they are eligible for.

Along with helping the families of those who passed from 911 related illnesses, including the families of COBA members and retirees.

Please join us in expressing our deepest condolences to Jeannie Kelly, her family and all those who grieve the loss of her mother.
