COBA is saddened to report the passing of Barbara Slater, Mother of Correction Officer Al Williams and former wife of Retired Correction Officer Al Williams Sr. On behalf of the entire COBA Membership we would like to extend our condolences to the entire Williams family and all those that grieve her loss.
