COBA is saddened to report the passing on Friday June 17th, of Retired Correction Officer Al Williams Sr. Al was a longtime Officer in our Transportation Unit, is the Father of Correction Officer Al Williams Jr. and Grandfather of current Correction Recruit Christopher Williams. Al was 79 years old.
