Dear COBA Members:

The promotional examinations for Correction Lieutenant and Correction Captain, which were originally scheduled to be conducted on March 14, 2020, have been rescheduled for Saturday, March 20, 2021. New admission notices will be sent via US Mail approximately 2 weeks prior to the rescheduled exam date. If you do not receive a notice by Wednesday, March 17, please call the Nassau County Civil Service Commission at (516) 572-2713.

Please note the examination numbers have been changed, but all other aspects of the examination notice are the same.

Correction Lieutenant Exam is now: 70-785
Correction Captain Exam is now: 70-753
