Healthplex System Upgrade

This message is being sent to external Healthplex Business Partners


Beginning on Thursday, September 22nd, at 2:00 pm ET, the Healthplex platform will be unavailable in order to support a system upgrade.  As it may be important to reach us during this time, there will be limited call center support available for member and provider inquiries. Operations will return to normal, and you will be able to again access the Healthplex platform on Monday, September 26th.

This upgrade will generate greater stability and security to better serve our internal team, brokers, clients, members, and providers.

The timeline is:

  • Sept. 22 – 2:00 pm ET – Healthplex to initiate the upgrade at which time all systems will be unavailable.
  • Sept. 22–Sept. 25 – System unavailable to support upgrade activities - applications and portal are inaccessible.
  • Sept. 26 – 8:00 am ET– Upgrade complete; system and staff available for regular business.

Reminders will be sent as we get closer to September 22nd. Ahead of the upgrade, our client services and/or provider relations teams will be in contact with you to proactively prioritize activities to reduce any confusion, and to ensure that planned care will be accommodated, and routine business activities will be executed.
