COBA Member and Wellness Coordinator Lieutenant Greg Lanning has been working tirelessly with our administration and other COBA Board members to develop a Health and Wellness program here at the Nassau County Sheriff Department. Occasionally, he comes across a seminar in which would be beneficial to our membership and other's who may be looking to help others.
