COBA is once again saddened to report the passing of recently retired Correction Officer Charles "Judy" Garland, after a brave battle with cancer.

COBA has been notified by his family that funeral arrangements will be private.

On behalf of the Nassau County Correction Officers Benevolent Association, and all Nassau Correction Officers, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Charlie Garland's family, his friends and all those who grieve his loss.
