If you received the first dose of the COVID Vaccine, the County will email you to schedule your second appointment for the second dose of the vaccine.

Check your emails for a notification from "NO-REPLY@nassaucountyny.gov for the scheduling information of your next appointment.

We have been advised that if you did not get a notification regarding the second appointment or if you accidentally deleted it, you can send an email inquiry to the following email address:

ncdoh2nddoseinquiry@nassaucountyny.gov

DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL INQUIRY TO THE FIRST EMAIL ADDRESS LABELED "NOREPLY" etc. You will not receive a response from that address.
