We also have zero pending cases for staff and inmates currently.

To date we have had 173 total staff impacted by COVID-19 which includes those who quarantined but were found negative for the virus.

Total Staff who tested positive: 101

Currently out: 0

The last reported exposure date and positive test was on 5/25/20.

Cleared Positive was 101.

All Correction Officer Ranks: 94

Civilians: 4

Deputy Sheriffs: 3

Total Staff Cleared Negative: 72

Total number of Inmates who tested positive was 59

All have since cleared.

This is good news. We all have to be sure to continue to take proper precautions including the wearing of masks, proper personal hygiene and sanitizing as well as proper cleaning procedures at home and at work to keep this virus away.

Everyone in the Sheriffs Dept should be proud of the hard work and dedication that was shown during this extremely stressful time in fighting back this virus.

We all have to remain vigilant to keep it away until the pandemic is over.

Stay safe and healthy
