Dear COBA Members:  

Over the last many weeks we have been attempting to release as much information as possible through this email service to keep our members informed on all issues related to COVID-19. I know that some of the emails contained a lot of information to digest all at once. With that in mind, I prepared a couple of videos last week to help provide some basic information regarding COVID protocols etc but due to circumstances that arose I did not release them right away. Although I would have preferred to email these videos to you first via this email service, it came to may attention today that 3 videos were released onto COBA's Youtube channel, therefore they were in the public domain and then they were published on Social Media.

Regardless of the manner in which they were released the information is still very valid and current. The information provided therein is not necessarily new, but it explains Protocols for when you become sick; Workers Comp and 207c questions; and lastly answers questions about HIPAA and your privacy rights.
