Below is an actual sample ballot for the upcoming election. With regard to the Constitutional Convention Proposal, this is what the ballot will actually look like.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION IS PROPOSAL #1 ON THE BACK OF THE BALLOT. DONT FORGET TO TURN THE BALLOT OVER AND MARK (NO) BEFORE CASTING YOUR VOTE.

For current employees, this is one of the most important votes you will ever cast in your career in Public Service. Take control of your future and don't expect someone else to do it for you. For Retirees, you worked too hard and too long to have any of your benefits or your pension placed in jeopardy.
