Please be advised that COBA has directed our Workers Comp Attorneys to reach out to our Members in order to touch base and advise them on any and all Workers Comp questions related to them testing positive for COVID-19.

If you receive a phone call from any attorney associated with the Law Firm of McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson and Riordan, be aware that the call is being made at the direction and approval of the Union. Sean Riordan is our retained and dedicated Workers Comp point person for these purposes and only those who have tested positive will be contacted. This is being done to make sure you are aware of what your rights and benefits are with regard to having contracted this virus.
