Dear COBA Members,
The Executive Board has been closely monitoring overtime entries for the current overtime check in an effort to provide you with accurate information to help you track your pay and identify any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
COBA is pleased to report, any previously reported missing overtime hours from this past week appears to be accounted for and entered into the system for payment.
Additionally, for security officers overtime slips submitted through the Office of the Security Captain up to June 21, 2026 1600–2400 tour have been entered into the PeopleSoft system and will be included in your regularly scheduled overtime check with the exception of any overtime worked the midnight of June 18, 2026. This tour will be processed as part of the next overtime check cycle.
Please note that Supplemental Units may have varying processing dates, but they should be generally close to those reported for Security.
COBA will continue to provide updates regarding payment timelines to the best of our knowledge so that you remain informed, can identify pay discrepancies early, and have any issues resolved as quickly as possible.
As always, if you believe there are missing overtime hours within this date range, please contact me at:
