COBA Supplemental Life Insurance Premium Increase Effective January 1, 2021

The amount of the increase depends on the members age and coverage amount. Most members will see increase of between 5 cents to 55 cents per pay period due to a 4% Administrative/Processing Fee. View the chart below for your exact increase amount as well as additional Life Insurance information. This is the first increase in the Supplemental coverage in over 10 years.
