Dear COBA Members;

COBA has secured a large donation of 500 hard plastic face shields from a gracious donor who works in the medical field but wishes to remain anonymous. On behalf of every Nassau County Correction Officer, we cannot thank this donor enough for looking out for our members.

Today, COBA began distributing these face shields first to our front line Officers who are most at risk for exposure. We will continue to distribute these items over the next several days.
