Dear COBA Members;

COBA's contract that was ratified by our membership last week was proposed on today's Legislative Committee Calendar. In both the Finance and Rules Committees it passed unanimously and has been forwarded to the full Legislature which is scheduled to meet on Monday October 23rd.
