Dear COBA Members;

Please see below the Memorandum of Understanding between COBA and the County.

This is the actual agreement on the contract. It is a 6 page document followed by 5 pay charts for Members hired prior to June 1, 2014, those hired after June 1, 2014 and those hired after ratification of this agreement.

In another email immediately following this, I will forward to you, Fact Sheets showing in more detail what the MOA means, protections we have put in place as well as comparisons to our Brother and Sister Correction Officers in Suffolk and Westchester Counties.  

Please read all of the documents. Bring any and all questions or concerns to the General Membership Meetings where we will go over everything together.
