Dear COBA Members/Retirees;

Due to numerous additional requests for information on how to sign up for the WTC Health Program, the Federal Victims Compensation Fund and the State Pension System, COBA has scheduled another 911 Seminar for our members/retirees.

These seminars are extremely informative and beneficial for our members since signing into these programs on your own has proven to be confusing and frustrating when dealing with the State and Federal bureaucracies.

The Seminar is headed by our resource person Jeannie Kelly, who is former NYPD and a former 911 Liaison for Mount Sinai Hospital. She now does outreach for the Firm Turken and Heath and was part of the contingent that successfully lobbied Congress to fully fund the Health Program and the Victims Compensation Fund.

If you have not signed up for these programs as of yet, or if you signed up yourself and are unsure of your status, I urge you to attend this important and informative seminar to protect yourself and your family in the future.

You do NOT have to file a claim to be signed into these programs. This is purely protection for your future.
