On Tuesday, June 4th at approximately 10 am Inmate Roger Bissoon will be arraigned in Hempstead District Court for the vicious assault of Veteran Correction Officer Daniel Holland last week. Officer Holland sustained serious injuries and remains out of work.

Inmate Bissoon, who is being held in our facility on numerous violent felony charges viciously assaulted Officer Holland who was merely performing his duties on routine patrol.

COBA requests that all Members who are not working the day tour tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4th, report at 0945 hours to Hempstead District Court 99 Main Street in Hempstead to support our Brother Officer in a show of solidarity at the Arraignment of IM Bissoon.

Parking is at a premium at the Court Complex. We recommend carpooling to the site.
