The link below is an informative presentation to explain the 2024 Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (formerly known as Empire BCBS) Health Insurance Plans. The Anthem Blue Access PPO which is only available to COBA Members who were hired on or after June 1, 2014, and also the Blue Access HDHP/PPO with HSA Account which is available to all COBA Member, with no payroll deductions for Health Insurance.

Also, Health Insurance Open Enrollment closes on December 22, 2023, if you are happy with your current Health Insurance Plan, no action is needed. If you would like to switch to one of the other available plans, additional information could be obtained from the Sheriff's Department Human Resources Office.
